Meet HeatherGail Lovejoy!
A bit about me as your doula trainer and doula life coach:
I help doulas develop the skills and confidence to offer excellent postpartum doula care to the families they support. As a postpartum doula trainer and educator, I enjoy creating learning experiences that are both professional and deeply meaningful.
Over the years, I've taught new and experienced doulas through workshops across the U.S. and online, teaching evidence-based practices while fostering personal growth, reflection, and sensitivity to each student's unique needs.
My teaching style is warm, interactive, and practical. I want every student to feel empowered, supported, and ready to support their clients during what could be one of life's most tender seasons.
Postpartum doula care is transformative—both for families and for the doulas themselves! My trainings go a little beyond the basics, helping doulas learn to trust themselves, meet families where they are, and build a solid professional foundation firmly grounded in the DONA International Standards and Ethics.
